Argent has successfully completed the refurbishment of the heating and domestic services for 200 luxury flats at Dorset House in Marylebone, London.

The project was commissioned in addition to our long term FM contract, requiring sensitive coordination with tenants to minimise disruption and inconvenience while the complex refurbishment was completed.
